Vlad Bodea co-founded Bento and joined ARIR (the Romanian Investor Relations Association) after listing the company on the AeRO market in March 2022. He describes the decision as a natural one, given the need to navigate the capital market ecosystem effectively.

Bodea emphasises that success on the Bucharest Stock Exchange extends beyond the capital raised, encompassing credibility, strategic transparency, and communicating both achievements and challenges to investors.

He notes that Bento's transition from two decades of organic, self-financed growth to the public markets represented a significant organisational shift. He highlights ARIR's value as more than a professional association, describing it as an accelerator for companies seeking to professionalise their relationship with the capital market.
