Summary

Bento reported first-quarter 2026 operating revenue of 18.8 million lei, up 48% year-on-year, and a net profit of 2.7 million lei, driven partly by a major energy-sector contract, as the company targets full-year operating revenue of 88.1 million lei.

Bucharest, 20 May 2026: 2B Intelligent Soft S.A. (Bento, BVB: BENTO), a Romanian entrepreneurial company specialised in the development and implementation of software solutions and the provision of IT and Cloud infrastructure services, reports operating revenue of 18.8 million lei in the first quarter of 2026, up 48% compared to the previous year, and a net profit of 2.7 million lei.

Radu Scarlat, Chairman of Bento's Board of Directors, said: "From a financial perspective, the Q1 2026 results show a significant improvement in profitability, supported by the growth in operating revenue and by a more moderate dynamic of expenses."

Turnover in the first quarter reached 15.7 million lei, up 71% compared to Q1 2025, including from revenue generated by a significant contract in the energy sector signed at the end of 2025. The contract has a total value of approximately 34 million lei and covers the implementation of the hardware infrastructure and the supply of the Bento Field Service Management (Bento FSM) solution.

At the beginning of April 2026, Bento signed a new contract worth 1.2 million USD with a client in the petroleum products distribution sector for IT&C maintenance and technical support services.

For 2026, Bento targets operating revenue of 88.1 million lei (up 57%), EBITDA of 14.9 million lei (up 107%), and net profit of 11.1 million lei (up 73%).

Vlad Bodea, co-founder of Bento and member of the Board of Directors, added: "The first-quarter results indicate a recovery of Bento's activity after 2025, which was marked by delays and a slower pace of IT investment."

Bento has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since March 2022 and is one of the few technology companies in Romania that develops its own software products.
