Bucharest, 27 February 2026: 2B Intelligent Soft S.A. (Bento, BVB: BENTO), a Romanian entrepreneurial company specialised in the development and implementation of software solutions and the provision of IT and Cloud infrastructure services, reports preliminary operating revenue of 56.3 million lei in 2025 and a net profit of 6.4 million lei.
"For Bento, 2025 was a year of recalibration in a market context that continued to slow down IT investment and to prolong clients' decision-making processes...", said Radu Scarlat, Chairman of Bento's Board of Directors.
At the operating level, EBITDA amounted to approximately 7.2 million lei, and the operating result was 6.1 million lei. Although these levels are below those initially budgeted at the beginning of 2025, they reflect the company's ability to adjust its cost structure and to maintain a solid level of profitability, in a context in which investments were continued in the development of its own products and in strengthening the team.
The preliminary results for 2025 fall within the estimated range communicated by the company at the time of the budget update announced together with the publication of the results for the first half of the year: operating revenue between 55 and 72 million lei and a net result between 4 and 9 million lei.
An important moment of 2025 for Bento was the signing, in Q4 2025, of a major contract in the energy sector, which involves the implementation of the hardware infrastructure required for the project, as well as the supply and integration of Bento's proprietary Bento Field Service Management (Bento FSM) solution. This project validates both the maturity of the internally developed products and the company's ability to deliver critical systems for large organisations. In 2025 no revenue related to this contract was recorded, with implementation set to begin in 2026. The upper limit of the budget range communicated during the year also took into account the scenario in which this contract, then in advanced stages of negotiation, could have generated revenue by the end of the financial year.
"In 2026, we will continue to build on the foundation laid in recent years, with a stronger emphasis on capitalising on our own products and on opening up to external markets...", added Vlad Bodea, co-founder of Bento and member of the Board of Directors.
Bento has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since March 2022 and is one of the few technology companies in Romania that develops its own software products.
